A small agricultural enterprise in Noordwijk by a 21st century botanist for other enthusiasts of all things botanical. We offer our customers a sensorial experience of local botanical history and global food trends.
LOCAL PLANTS
Instead of just offering the usual (albeit amazing) collection of Italian herbs, like basil, we attempt to widen your horizon. We specialize in edible plants with a local historical background you might have never heard of before.
Noordwijk is close to the sea and this has influenced the type of edible plants that grow here in nature. The salty soil adds a special savory flavor to many of them.
Our Products
Contrary to what you might gather from our local plant-assortment: we aren't stuck in the past nor restrict ourselves to what is available in the region. We import plants from all over the world so you can experience something exotic in even the most mundane of places, like (y)our backyard.
Our plants come from South-Africa as well as Asia, North-America and all across Europe.
